Details

Koodo’s Service Terms state that if you cancel service, you remain responsible for charges up to the time service is cancelled, including any Koodo Tab balances, and recurring charges billed at the start of the billing cycle may be partially refunded for the unused portion.

Gotchas

• If you have a Koodo Tab or Tab Bonus, you may still owe a balance when cancelling.
• If you cancel mid-billing cycle, prorated refunds may apply for recurring charges billed in advance.
• Returning equipment does not automatically cancel service—confirm the cancellation.
